Solar Craftsperson

Joseph Cipollina joined Sugar Hollow Solar in the spring of 2025 as a Solar Craftsperson. Driven by a passion for sustainability, permaculture, and construction, Joseph is working toward a long-term goal of building off-grid communities that provide food security and affordable, sustainable housing.

He brings a diverse background to the team, including over four years in the United States Marine Corps, a Master’s in Accounting, experience running a vacation rental business, and recent studies in construction at AB-Tech. In his current role, he installs and connects solar panels, and continually expands his knowledge through ongoing training.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys hiking, climbing, bodybuilding, gardening, and anime. He’s known for his ambition, persistence, and positive energy. For Joseph, solar is more than a career—it’s a way to help people live more intentional, sustainable lives.
