Shane joined Sugar Hollow Solar as Warehouse Assistant in March 2025, drawn to the opportunity for growth and advancement within a smaller company. With over 10 years of experience in inventory management and warehousing, including roles with Fortune 500 companies, Shane brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. In his current role, he helps maintain and improve inventory operations, assists with shipping and receiving, and implements warehouse management systems. Shane is excited to be part of the renewable energy movement, eager to learn and contribute to the team’s efforts.

Outside of work, he enjoys walking with his Great Dane, Reba, and playing video games. Known for his strong will, patience, and exceptional memory (he once recalled 20,000 out of 24,000 part numbers at his last job), Shane’s precision and determination make him a key asset to Sugar Hollow Solar.
