Ryan first joined Sugar Hollow Solar in 2020 as our Construction Manager and moved into a new role as a Project Manager in the spring of 2025. With a background in the culinary world, Ryan brings a unique perspective to planning, problem-solving, and leading with creativity and precision. He was drawn to solar by the opportunity to do meaningful work that makes a lasting, positive impact on the environment. Known for being resourceful and versatile, Ryan thrives in collaborative settings, always aiming to find smart solutions as a team. He’s especially inspired by the potential of harnessing the sun’s energy to drive real change. Outside of work, you’ll find him turning wood, building projects, snowboarding, or spinning fire staffs—always creating, always moving.
